Calm and Collected Music Group ("we," "us," "our") operates this website. Chill Caterpillar is one of our record labels.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us.

Your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and phone number, when you place an order.

Your email address, when you sign up for our mailing list or enter a giveaway or raffle.

Your payment details, at checkout. These are handled by our payment provider, and we do not store full card numbers.

Your name, email address, and whatever you write to us, when you get in touch.

Information collected automatically.

Your IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system.

Which pages you visit, how long you spend on them, and how you arrived at the site.

Cookies and similar identifiers, described in section 5.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. See section 9.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to: process, fulfill, and ship your orders, and contact you about them; handle returns, exchanges, and refunds; send you emails you have asked to receive; run giveaways, raffles, and promotions; reply to your questions; understand how the site is used and make it better; detect and prevent fraud and abuse; meet our legal obligations, including tax and accounting.

We use your information where it is necessary to fulfill an order you have placed, where you have given us your consent, where we have a legitimate interest in running and protecting our business, or where the law requires it.

4. Emails

We only send marketing emails if you have asked to receive them, or where we are otherwise permitted to under applicable law.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can email info@chillcaterpillar.com at any time to be taken off the list. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop emails about an order you have already placed.

If you give us your email at an event, we will tell you at the time what you are signing up for.

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, to remember your cart and preferences, and to understand how the site is used.

Strictly necessary cookies run the cart, checkout, and site security. The site will not work properly without them.

8. Where your information is held

We are based in the United States, and your information is processed there. If you are outside the United States, using this site means your information will be transferred to the United States.

9. Children

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, email info@chillcaterpillar.com and we will delete it.

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypting it in transit and limiting who can access the systems that hold it.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make a significant change, we will say so on the site.
